We encourage all customers, existing and new, to create an eStore account.

The benefits of having an eStore account include:

  • Saving Time: Checkout faster on your next visit as your shipping details are pre populated at checkout
  • Saving Money: Existing Thomson Reuter’s customer discounts will be automatically applied to eStore orders – no Promo Code required!
  • VIP Treatment: Receive exclusive eStore account holder specials, offers and event information
  • Personal Shopping Cart: eStore customer shopping carts retain any items you leave in your cart for your next visit

eStore Account Set Up

You can create your eStore account during Checkout. When you proceed to checkout you will be prompted to either Sign In, Create Account or Check out as Guest.

For new estore accounts where you do not already have a OnePass login.

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Click the Create Account button on the "Login or Create a New Account" page.
  3. Create a new OnePass User Name and enter this in the OnePass Username field. See the Username and Password Requirements help box for details.
  4. Enter your name, email address
  5. Create a OnePass password and select a security question and answer. TIP: The security question and answer acts as an added safeguard in the event that you forget your password.
  6. Complete your contact and shipping details
  7. Complete your current Thomson Reuters account name and number. These details allow us to ensure any existing discounts already associated with your Thomson Reuters account are also applied to your eStore orders. TIP: You can locate your Thomson Reuters Account Name and Account Number on any previous invoice received from us.
  8. Click Submit and your ready to shop! Your eStore account information is now saved so you don’t have to re enter this detail on your next eStore visit.

For new estore accounts where you already have a OnePass login. (If you are a user of Westlaw NZ, Checkpoint or Proview then you already have a OnePass account.)

  1. On the "Login or Create a New Account" page enter your OnePass user name and password in the "returning customer" section.
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Complete your contact and shipping details
  4. Complete your current Thomson Reuters account name and number. These details allow us to ensure any existing discounts already associated with your Thomson Reuters account are also applied to your eStore orders. TIP: You can locate your Thomson Reuters Account Name and Account Number on any previous invoice received from us.
  5. Click Submit and your ready to shop! Your eStore account information is now saved so you don’t have to re enter this detail on your next eStore visit.

You can also create your eStore account without going through checkout by simply clicking the Create Account link at the top of any page on this site. Then follow the instructions as noted above.


Updating Your Account

Your account information can be updated from the link labelled Your user name Estore Account found at the top of every page on the Thomson Reuters NZ website.
