The Auckland University Law Review has been in existence since 1967. It has a proud tradition of showcasing the best undergraduate work produced at the University of Auckland law school, and is edited and published entirely by students. This combination is unique in New Zealand legal publishing. It affords the opportunity to select and publish fresh articles, case notes and commentaries on changing and controversial areas of the law.
It has a firm commitment to staying at the forefront of developments in New Zealand law, and is frequently cited in judgments of New Zealand's highest courts. No law library should be without a copy.
One issue of approximately 300 pages is published per year.
