Accident Compensation Tracker is a research tool which enables practitioners to locate accident compensation cases involving similar injuries and to assist them to advise their clients on the level of compensation that they are likely to be awarded in relation to the types of injury that they have sustained. Accident Compensation Tracker includes approximately 3500 cases, and is updated daily, as relevant judgments and decisions are released.
